Yesterday I went to the store in Rosebank and had an absolutely delightful experience. I needed some hooks to be replaced on my pictures and the friendly lady offered to do it for free and replaced one of my broken frames free of charge. It's rare that one gets this level of friendly service! Great customer experience!
