Cutting Crew

I travel over two and a half hours to get my hair done at Cutting Crew which really says it all; I just won't go anywhere else!!The salon is run and managed with the owner on site and her staff are just as good as her in the roles they have in the salon; one is pampered with a relaxing head massage, light friendly chatter while having your hair done, a freshly ground coffee or tea is always offered, a very nice space to relax knowing that the team hear you, customer satisfaction is their goal and I've always left feeling great.

Cutting crew took me in as soon as I entered despite not having an appointment. I got a hair wash that felt so good I almost feel asleep. The haircut was quick and easy and they gave me a cut that I'm very happy with.

Yesterday (14/09/2020) I went into the salon for a straight cut and specified it should be just above my shoulders in length but received a stacked Bob that is unevenly cut around my head. The lady ignored what I wanted after confirming the straight cut shoulder length style with me, and went straight into cutting a stacked Bob. I am disappointed with the bad service I received and the skill of the hairdresser is very low quality as even the wrong hairstyle i received is cut badly.

Fair prices, nice staff, decent cuts and very convenient. Would recommend.

So this was my first time at Cutting Crew. I don't know where to begin, Lindi greeted meand welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. Usually at other salons (and trust me I've been to a few) there's always an uncomfortable vibe, but at this hair salon you feel at home. All staff are such welcoming and warming people, and not to even talk about when they washed my hair. Wow, I really didn't want to get up from that chair. I showed Lindie a few photos and explained to her what tipe of style i would like and asked her to fix the miserable mistakes my previous hair dresser made. She explained to me what she whould recommend and I left my hair in her hands. The end results... Lindie, you are THE BEST hairdresser I've ever been to!! Thank you so much for making my bad hairdays one of the past. I will never go anywhere else!!
