Shockingly bad, unprofessional service!! They do not respond to emails, don't return calls, have no notion of a client's urgency and dont provide the full service for which they charge. ONE YEAR later and I still dont have what I paid for.Summary: Had a will drafted in May 2021. Certain ID numbers were not included and was drafted in Afrikaans when we specifically requested it in English. We were guaranteed that we would recieve the english version along with corrections to ID numbers, properties addresses etc. Never heard back from them. Then received a bill in JANUARY 2022 for R1608. Paid it in full and once again requested the english version plus the corrections.It is now over ONE YEAR later. I have made numerous calls, sent tons of emails, and stressed the urgency of having this done. They finally sent me an English version that had clauses missing from the original Afrikaans document. Not only that, they refused to correct the ID numbers and then claimed that I owed them R3000. No bill or itemized statement for this was received, just an email stating Kindly confirm that you paid the amount of R3000-00 into our bank account". Most of the items I requested to change were previously discussed and was agreed it would be included in the English version. If the changes were indeed new
