Firstly, I wouldn’t call it a ‘golf course’, more like random greens surrounded by patches of sand. Closer to just one big bunker than a ‘golf course’. You’d realise that if you took a look at it, instead of hiding behind your phone replying to Google comments all day. Maintain the course and remove the tacky stickers littering the place. Also, the food area smells, get some air freshner.

I used to go here before I started playing golf properly. I enjoyed going with my friends but I was there recently again as my one friend was starting and honestly the difference to an actual course is just to big. When u get so used to playing often on a proper golf course it is pretty hard playing on patches of grass. I definitely still rate this place but it just isnt for me anymore. If you are new and starting golf I definitely recommend coming to play here. There is also the driving range which is particularly expensive compared to others as u only get a certain amount of balls where as at tygervalley you can get unlimited. But overall the grounds are looked after and it is decent .

I was going to book here tomorrow but the language of the owner has put me off. It’s not necessary to be rude even when having to deal with difficult customer situations. I can’t see why joe public should support a business that displays such unfortunate behaviour

If I could give the place a negative star I would.Very disappointed in the unfriendly manner of the staff, the mats on the driving range are mostly broken and very worn out.We have been supporting the business for over 2 years now and it seems to be going down hill fast with its NEW manager and his attitude towards loyal customers.The rest of the staff seem to have the same attitude as he does.I'll rather drive an extra 20min to another driving range from now on.

Wagner's offers a decent drive range and mash course, for those looking to practice some shots and who want to try a quick round of golf around some tricky short par-3s. The putting green, drive range and mash course is kept in decent condition and I would highly recommend you try it out.

My family has been going to this place for 15 years. We always came here, because it was practical and so accessible. We were genuinely loyal customers and would recommend the place to all our Korean friends. However, my mom went with her friend, her kids and my brother this morning and got sworn at. We were playing at the 9-hole and the line was getting kind of held up. Not necessarily because of us, there was a group in front of us that was struggling a bit, but we are not complaining about that, everyone was just there to have fun. We would let people in front of us and let them take a turn if we were slowing everyone down. Suddenly someone comes and tells us to move aside and not play the 9-hole because we were holding up the whole game. We would have understood if they asked nicely, but they were so rude, and only asked us, the one Asian group. So we explained that we were not holding up the line, but he just wouldn't listen. We understand they the person was under stress because the place was busy, but we are paying customers. We asked for a refund then, we don't expect all the money back, but if we are forced to stop playing then we expect some type of refund. He said no, but they would give us credit. Excuse me???? Mind you, somewhere along the line, he swore at us, hecticly. In front of young kids as well. We felt attacked, and it felt racially provoked. I also don't understand why he expected us to accept credit because that would mean that we would return to that establishment. We are never returning. We did finish the game, because we did pay, but the treatment we received was ridiculous.Its such a pity because my family loved that place. And we always experienced such joy there, but I guess times change.

After seeing the utter disrespect of the owner and the responses to loyal clients I will never set foot here and ensure to renew my review on a monthly basis. Credibility is key in this world and this is no way to treat clients. sies!

Refreshing change of scenery from the other mashie courses in and around Cape Town. Offering a driving range and putting green, this little 9-hole course is neat and well maintained, and although short is challenging. Decent value at R60 per 9-holes or 2 for 1 on Entertainer.
