Spoke to Rose on multiple occasions, these people just don't get back to you. It's like they don't want the business. I've followed up with their actual sales number as well, no response. Nobody in this team cares. If this is how it starts, I can't imagine what the customer retention service is like.Edit: Changed my review to 3 stars as Ivan came to save the day. Will see how the experience goes and rate 5 stars if service is good.

Zero Response from the sales rep (Rose). Never returns your messages. Never answers her phone. Never available. No one else willing to assist and says they will leave messages for Rose to call us back. This never happens. They refuse to let you talk to anyone else.

Rose has dropped the ball again, doesn't answer calls, promises feedback with no response. Waiting over a week to-date for the repair of our alarm system. If we get a breakin what then??
