Always the minimum amount of cashiers available. There is nothing express about the express till and staff in bakery very slow to assist, pack and price bread. Spoke to the manger, standing in front reading the paper, on two occassions this week, not very eager to help at all. Terrible shopping experience and a place to avoid if you are in a hurry.Also no answer on the phone line.

I love shopping at this store. It offers a variety of groceries. It also offers clothes and accessories such as television sets. This is a unique opportunity to find all commodities bundled in one store. The prices are quite affordable. The store is well connected to a transport hub. It has ample parking and is located a stone throw distance from the N1.

This is by far the slowest pnp I've ever been to. Not sure how several cashiers can operate at one time but people aren't leaving the store. I stood at the door 5 minutes watching long queues not move at all and then only to find myself in a short queue that took forever to move it's as if they want you to stay in the store longer to increase your social exposure. Guys you need to pick up the pace here. Your work ethic is definitely on holiday.

Love the clothing, but NEVER even once was I greeted or asked if they can assist me in any which way...I have to go and hunt for staff and even then they dont greet or are eager to be of assistance...If it wasnt for the clothing I would not shop there...

My lunch break is only so long PnP, making an error on a item should not mean I stand in a second que with customers, whilst other staff waddle around aimlessly. On top of that your staff are rude, not present and don't care! Sad to say this is my local PnP and all they could say was sorry, I therefore decided my response is sorry PnP, decided to return my whole shop and won't use you for my groceries any longer!

I called twice, I got a rude person telling me I had the wrong number. I went onto to the website and it gave me the nr of pnp clothing....I will henceforth only transract with profesionnesional clumsy corporations....I suggest natasaha learn some basic client manners.
