From the beginning sales to the installation they were amazing. Answered every question. Gave great guidance , installation was incredible. Can not recommend southern fires enough.

very poor after sales service, fire installation was done terribly leaking threw causing damage to my property and when taken to southern right fires they want to now charge me again to do the installation properly what a joke as they the ones who did it the first time. i would not use these guys again, thought i would warn the general public as looks like i will need to get a lawyer involved due to damage to my property. and as they simply take no responsibility. subsequently phoned me to threaten me to remove my review.
