Horrible experience even scammed me and made me pay for a service they never delivered. Booked a body facial, no steaming no treatment" no mask just scrub and rinse. Really? I even asked what the actual treatment consist of before making the appointment

Got my eyebrows laminated here. It was the best spa/beauty experience I've ever had. The ladies are so friendly and easy to chat to and they are definite experts at what they do. Thank you for making my eyebrows look amazing.

Went for a Microbladding in the morning. I was asked to come 15 minutes earlier then the lady showed up late and didn't even have the decency to apologize! Went the following week for lash extension.. Lashes were falling out rapidly the following day already.

The lash technician was lovely and a great person I could tell. However The standard of service compared to what I am used to was not satisfactory. 50% of the lashes fell out within 48 hours. I paid R800 for a fill and was very disappointed. Of course i was asked to come back to fix it but I just did not see the point in returning.

I struggled getting my eyebrows threaded right... but then I found Bella Carter !The treading was impeccable and shaping quick and effortless. It was over before I felt anything.No tint was left on the skin which is hard to do. My therapist was precise , professional and friendly. The booking was easy and efficient. They are the best at what they do. Highly recommended.

I had my eyebrows laminated and lashes lifted as part of the combo deal. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and have received so many nice comments about them. Super friendly staff and very competitive price!
