My nails usually last upto three weeks with Gelish,however after I did my nails here on Saturday for the first time they are already Breaking and the gel they used does not last....Didsapointed

Definitely not what it used to be, very low selection of nail polishes, and they’re old snd thick. No decent products being used anymore, my technician didn’t even have a nail buffer, used thin body lotion for my foot massage that lasted maybe 3 minutes. It’s a pity but after several chances our family won’t be back.

I'm generally always happy with the person who does my eyebrows at Perfect 10 Northgate but I had someone younger and more inexperienced this time. I specifically told her exactly what I wanted to NOT be done on my eyebrow waxing, of which she did the exact opposite of what I didn't want her to do. Really disappointing!

My family and I have been regular clients for many years but this is no longer the case. My teen daughter went in to have her nails done and she left with two cuts, one nail that was not straight and red smudged nail polosh on all her fingers. If she was an adult she would never be treated like this but yet pay the same. I called to discuss and 3 days later am still waiting for the manager to call.

I will be coming back to this salon!I went for a waxing appointment and was greeted with fantastic humour, a very knowledgeable waxer, and relaxing atmosphere.The rooms are nice and big and everyone is very welcoming!!I thoroughly enjoyed my second-ever wax!THANK YOU PERFECT 10!!

Want beautiful sculptured nails? Amazing nail art? A professional finish? Don't book here. This was by far my worst experience with the least qualified ppl and the most limited experience or product. I don't think these ladies should be doing nails at all. My daughter even had to have the monstrosity and complete waste of time soked off before we left. Her nails were so damaged and was in alot of pain after.Nail design is an art form that needs practice and education. None of that seen here.

I visited Perfect 10 Northgate and was pleasantly impressed with the service and professionalism. The Nail Technician saw to me immediately and my treatments were all on time. The room was clean and neat and I felt comfortable with the wonderful staff and warm environment. Thank you for the fantastic service and the great experience at Perfect 10 Northgate. Will definitely be back :)

Most shocking nail salon, had my nails done there, a new set of tips took almost 3 hours…the shape was shocking and they couldn’t even paint on the gel correctly…don’t waste your hard earned money at such a terrible place with untrained staff!!

Such a friendly bunch and very welcoming. Everytime I walk out my fingers and toes are fabulous lol. With my busy schedule I don't always have time for my nails I love that my nails lasts up to 8weeks and doesn't stain. Thank you for the amazing service, and thank you for always catering to my awkward appointments, even if it is last minute booking. Keep it up.
