Clothes always come neatly folded in a bag and organised into tops/pants/socks etc. I have been coming here for 3 months and only had a single issue. When mentioned it was resolved soon after. I would definitely recommend trying if you're in the area.

They are friendly enough until they decide to try to con you out of money. I gave the lady a R200 note then she went to the back and rummaged around in her bag for a bit (I watched her doing this). She came back saying I gave her a R20 note and that I needed to pay the rest. I know for a fact that I gave them a R200 because I had been to the ATM 10 minutes before and definitely didn't get given any R20 notes. I'm sure this trick works quite nicely with some of the older folk who do their washing there. Just be careful when making payment.

The staff at Snow White are helpful, knowledgable and above all customer centred. They did a huge load of laundry for us and we were so impressed with their quality and efficiency, we asked them to do a deep clean of a house left in a shocking condition by a tenant. Snow White did a fantastic job beyond expectation, and with kindness and consideration. I can highly recommend them.

This owner operated small business is one of the most efficient establishments that I have dealt with in Cape Town.Their competent, solution focussed service makes the occasional laundry disaster in my home seem quite manageable.
