The worst customer service. The guy who I think is the manager is rude and unkind. He is extremely rude.. Rude to clients and the staff. The ladies who work there will just leave you for 10mins without saying where they are going... but they do hair beautifully. If you value good customer experience this is definitely not the place.

After waiting over an hour for someone to do my hair, i got braids done and they started falling out the very next day. Its now 4 days later half the braids have fallen out. Very poor service. I certainly would not recommend.

The man at that salon is very rude to customers. Today's experience was particularly upsetting. Left there crying out of anger because he doesn't not know how to speak to people. My friends stopped going there because of him. But he's lost me too.Ps. The women know how to plait though.

Very talented hairdressers and it's at affordable prices as it mostly caters for students. But the hairdressers are rude at times, so don't go there looking to make friends. Just do your hair and be gone.

So I went to the salon today and I asked to do braids. The guy said they have to cut the hair piece for R300 and I asked him how long it would be so he showed me by putting his hand on my back but then he snapped my bra! I was so disgusted. I wanted to walk out but I'm a student and the price was good and the ladies do a really nice job but jho!! Those guys are terrible shem.

I’m new at braam and I was looking for salon to do my hair and found this one on google and I went there to do straight back it was R200 can you believe it ?!? Anyways they nailed it, from now on this is my favorite salon and yeah I will do my hair there always!!!!!
