Great customer service and professional work

Contractor was not clear in communicating costs of what he was going to do. Granted, I should've stopped him from carrying out the work. However I did not think that cutting a pipe and putting a stop end will cost an extortionate price of R750. I don't usually respond but I have to in this case.The owner, Mando, threatened me and was quite vulgar on the phone when I initially refused to pay the extortionate amount. My brother in law tried to reason with him and agreed to a R100 discount. To rid myself of the issue, I decided to just pay. But I urge you, please beware. There are plenty of honest and decent plumbers around and GoGreen is certainly not one of them. And, as you can see from the companies response, the owner lacks etiquette and professionalism amongst other things.
