Went to have a look around and found out that they can help service my leatherman. Even walked out with 2 pairs of shoes. Will be back soon to purchase more. Also very friendly staff that are willing to help and these days this is very rare. Keep up the good work.

I have always had a great experience shopping here.The store manager Pierre is always helpful and friendly. He has great advise on hiking and outdoor equipment.Employees Musa and Junior has always been a great help and their knowledge of outdoors is excellent.I always feel welcome when entering the store. These guys go out of their way to assist.I will always go back to this shop.

Extremely disgusted, I've ordered two large travel bags. I was told it would be delivered in four working days,it was not delivered and I've been told the address was wrong, after that was fixed, I was told it would be delivered the next working day,no delivery and again I was told next working day" and she hung up it's been a total of seven working days and I've got no idea when I will receive my bags
