I bought a complete bed set and dresser and I couldn’t be happier. The Quality screams luxury and the experience was effortless. It’s a pity there isn’t a ZERO star rating that can be given. Don’t waste your time or money on this company, they will tell you they can build anything custom etc but even with detailed drawings photos AND Measurements they will still do their own thing. The workmanship is poor- Plus I just got sliced on an exposed staple from one of their drawers. My headboard does not meet my mattress so there is a HUGE gap behind the bed where anything can fall through. Once they have your money they don’t care about the service they provide . ZERO STARS. Poor quality. You are better off going to Coricraft and getting value for your money there.

Very poor quality material. The post warranty customer service is also atrocious. Initially when you go to purchase, they will tell you all good things about their products, which are basically untrue. As soon as the warranty period is over, things start to fall off, and you go there for upholstery or fixing, they will try to milk you in every possible way !! I have learnt it the hard way that it is better pay a bit more and buy from renowned companies.

Terrible service, I went in Sunday morning and got no help, only one sales consultant, more to view on website then in store, problem with website is that there is no prices.
