Did not recieve payments due to a mishap with rate that had to be paid 1 year ago. I cannot get new payments. Michelle is extremely rude and put the phone down when I asked to come to the office to resolve my query. The responsible person resigned and left a mess behind and current fincance staff do not know what is happening. I would not recommend anyone to work with them. Christina is the only person that returns call and she works with bookings.
