Laundry was not ready on collection. Went back the next day to collect ~ some clothes still damp and realised half of the clothes not there?! Had to go in yet again to collect the rest of it.

Took our clothes there. Waited 2 days for something that I was told would be ready the next morning. Clothes was still damp and not ironed as this was what I paid for upfront. Then we realised there was clothes missing! This place is a Ripp off. Do not take your clothes there. If we were not leaving to return home you would have seen me at your front door. Worst service ever.

Service is very poor and I can't reach them on their office number. They also mixed up my brother's laundry with someone else's laundry.

Here on holiday and wanted to get some washing done. Was told we would be contacted the next morning… nothing, went in the afternoon to collect, half was not done. Went back the next morning before travelling out of town to collect the rest, clothes still damp and not ironed like what you payed for. After arriving at our next location of our holiday we realised half our clothes was also missing!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS PLACE!!!!! My clothes were ruined and I was still made to pay. All my whites came back blue and stained. My white towel was blue when I picked up and all my clothes wet still stained. I’m in disbelief
