From the first phone call to the last delivery, the service and professionalism was absolutely horrendous..Aminah the sales lady was so rude on the phone, and then Radiyya was so irritated that we were there to pay for our order. A big company like Board City ran out of blades to cut the wood so orders got delayed. My husband went in on Monday and other customers were also complaining. The lady working there told the other customers Take your stuff elsewhere". So much for customer satisfaction.We were promised our order to be delivered by Tuesday late afternoon. By Midday on Wednesday
