Worse Service Ever!!Looking at purchasing a reliable Toshiba Multi-Function Printer??DON’T!! - Not from this company.We leased the large Toshiba Studio 2000AC, A3, A4, A5, unit from them over two years ago. 6 months ago we started experiencing paper feed issues, and after countless visits by their technicians, we now have a ‘paperweight’ sitting on our floor.It jams continually, drops ink over the pages, and the technician has not returned since his last visit two weeks ago. Yes, he has also given up.Note that once you sign the contract to lease one of their units, working or not you have to carry on paying for the full term.Guys, I am a patient person, but enough is enough. Your service is the worst ever!!
