A perfect place for a romantic dinner for a special occasion. The food is superb and will highly recommend to everyone. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner and our waiter, Vuyo, was perfect. Highly recommend!!!!

A wonderful place to stay with ample history to enjoy and take in. Thoroughly enjoyed the quick tour of the the place. Truly a gem in Plettenberg Bay.Feel free to enjoy the bar or a breakfast even though you don’t necessarily stay there. Great service and as previously mentioned, the hotel is soaked in history.

My room was spotlessly clean, decor visually appealing and very comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and lush gardens making the environment tranquil, a little peace of heaven. The staff are so positively spirited, attentive and courteous setting this establishment apart from it's competitors. ☆☆☆☆☆ I have had a memorable stay and would return at any given opportunity.

Popped in for quick scout as possible venue for our overseas guests. We were met by a very friendly front desk employee who took pride in showing us around and answering all our questions. From what I've seen, I am sure to highly recommend the hotel to anyone who has the budget. Everything is exceptionally clean, upmarket and well maintaned to the highest degree! The decor and building style I found very interesting. Suitably impressed and will most certainly book our international clients here. Good job!

Really worth a visit and excellent dining experience. If you have a date night in mind and want to push the boat out this is the place to go to. Very quiet now with covid but no reason not to get a party together and make the place yours. Excellent wine list. Outstanding food and staff who are committed to making your evening one to remember.

This was a delightful retreat. Quiet setting within 2mins walk to the beach. Comfortable room even if the bathroom section was unnecessarily large in proportion to the whole room. All in all a good choice.
