This lash lady lacks professionalism. I was unhappy with the outcome of my individual eyelashes. When I texted her to bring this to her attention she ignored my text so I pinged her to know whether I’d be getting a response. She then told me it’s not her fault her supplier supplied her with different lashes and then went on to block me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend her lashes.Her mom however does the waxes and she’s a sweet professional nurse that talks you through your treatment and does a clean job, kudos to her.

I did my lashes on Friday 24/02/2023 at 15h00, firstly I was not happy with the lashes as it was definitely not the correct size and it looked horrible. Secondly my lashes started falling out in clusters the next day. I informed them about this, and she advised that it never happens to her other clients. I have done my lashes at Coollookbeauty for years and that has never happened with me with or without using some mascara and definitely not the second day.This is what happens when you want to support small businesses and with her ethic, I don't see it grow.I should have read the reviews first and should have seen that this is not new.
