Paul Air Solutions

I had my aircon installed with Paul Air Solutions a year ago. It just suddenly stopped working on Friday, 5th February 2021,It's still under guarantee so I called them to come repair it and service it at the same time. Allan has been giving me the run around for the past 6 days and I am both angry and frustrated with the lack of service delivery. I definitely won't recommend them to anyone. I wonder if thereare others who have been treated like this? More importantly, is there anything that can be done to hold such service providers to account? It cost a lot of money to have the aircon installed. It has rarely been used because we have been home under lock down for most of of the past year and then we were on holiday for 6 weeks. I only came back to work one and a half weeks ago. In that time, I only used the aircon twice!

Shocking Installation and After Service - Allan does not Take Calls - He is permanently in Meetings - Thought we were using a Professional Company as we were paying a Professional Fee" - After Installation We had to Replaster and Paint both Inside and Outside Wallls as a Result of The Damage Incurred - Paid for Electrical Work that was not Done - Other Companies now Dont want to Rectify Problems if Installation was done by this Company - Definitley Do Not Recommend Paul Air Solutions - Triple Zero Rating :-("
