Not sure if I m just lucky or what, but there's definitely something they are getting right when it comes to client service. Since I started my project every time I go I get a different staff member but surprisingly enough I am treated with the same respect or kindness. I am thoroughly impressed.

I have to share how easy it was to get a quotation over the phone, having it sent over email and paying on my side as I was still in Cape Town when I bought the material. it was easy to have it delivered to my village, very good customer care and they do call to check if everything was delivered.
