Delicious food and very friendly staff! I swiped my card but their POS declined it but still took it off my account while I had already paid in cash. They immediately sorted out the problem by giving me a cash refund. They were really efficient in solving my situtation. Thank you!

These ladies are doing best to run the service. The food is awesome, service still needs some improvement. Had to follow up a lot on my order. Not bad though.

Served burned chicken fillet on 4 LMT's. The whole store knew that I got burned chicken fillets; because they nearly got a heart attack when I walked into the store to order chicken pieces to add on my LMT order. I know this because they where all looking at me whispering. I travel +5k to this store every week and there's always something odd on my orders i.e they have forgotten to add cold drinks on my orders a couple of time. This is not fair; we spend a lot of money to be serve poor quality food which doesn't march Chicken licken standard. I don't want free food; work on sorting out your staff....

It's no star at all for these employees working there, Saturday the 17th around 19:00, 1st ordered party 16 and 4 unspiced chicken pieces, I arrived by the window to collect my order, only to find out only 4 pieces ordered and my main order which is party 16 is not ordered, then I'm told to wait in a parking someone will come and give me my order there, I waited in the parking for more than an hour, I told my wife maybe these people forgot about us, I go in and ask if there is a problem, they saying they are sorry they had been calling out my order and they thought I'm one of the people sitting inside the store, I'm asking but how can you shout out my order inside here if you the one who told me to sit in the parking and wait for my order there? No answer, when I was about to go out by the door all these clouns you call your employees they started to laugh loud, I'm asking them, are you laughing at me now? They just looked at me, tell me what do u call that pathetic service?
