worse service ever, from the 2nd of May until 25 May 2023 for a job which is not complete. there is more panels peeling and not attended to

It took almost a month to get my bumper and fender fix. Poor updates they, when you call they promise to call you back and never.There’s a lady doing updates with a soothing voice that sweet talks you while there’s almost no progress in the car

My car need two doors replacing after someone drove into me. Dent tech were professional, there workmanship was perfect and the staff kept me update on the progress of my car. Will definitely use them again.

We booked in our car for the 16th of March before 08:00. Today is the 11th April and we still to date waiting for our car.They don’t respond to emails and only answer anything when we call them. They have been saying we can get the car end of the week and on the day they say the act is not ready. Discovery insure suggest we take the car there and it’s been horrific . We have over spent on Uber and using the Gautrain because of this incompetent company.The filling people are cced in each email but they don’t bother themselves by teaching out to us. Justin Phillips ,Vannessa Williams .They don’t care about service that they give. I will keep escalating this matter each day till we are heard and we have our car in perfect condition. The car has been gone for almost a month not and the damage was a small scratch and the window that fell out. How can this scope of work take so long? We are not worried that they damaged our car and hiding it because all their stories don’t make sense at all.

I received excellent service at Dent Tech from the assessment to booking my vehicle in. I was consistently given updates on the work progress and the collection date which was adhered to. On collection date I was accompanied by the manager to examine the work done in their pristine workshop. I was so impressed, not only with the work done but with the entire process. Thank you Dent Tech.

Had to wait a long time for a car that had to be ready before we even arrived, car also we only finshed a week after the supposed date

My car needed the boot repaired, my insurance sent me here to get an assessment. At the assessment I specifically told the assessor the boot does not close properly and is hard to open. Car went into dent tech and I was impressed with the constant communication. On the day I went to collect my car, they had run my battery flat and it needed to be jump started (it was a brand new 2 month old battery). I checked out my car and tried to open the boot which stuck and couldn’t close nicely. The manager Deon ensured me it’s just the locking mechanism and they will order it in and get it solved with in 2 weeks. Fast forward 5 months they are blatantly ignoring me via email. They just don’t respond. The boot has now misaligned itself due to not locking properly. This is 100% their fault for an incomplete repair which was paid for in Full. They have a 3 year guarantee on their workmanship so this should be covered by them as it is purely their fault…. I don’t understand how you can ignore customers.

My vehicle came out with the same dents marked on the picture. They forced to install the nudge bar though i requested to do elsewhere. Very poor internal communication. Im so angry with them.
