Service is very slowThere is no one at the desksI got here at 07:32 I am still at the same seat and now it's 09:08.

I went to their offices yesterday because I had an appointment for 9:30 -10:30, only to be told that it was cancelled I must re-book. Now I didn't receive a message like other applicants letting them know that all bookings are cancelled, i am still trying to get a booking , but all dates for next week are already fully booked. Sometimes they show a date & available time after selecting the date and time & I submit it iget a response that says that date is fully booked try another date that is not even available. ( To put it lightly I am upset ) because I would have tried re-booking earlier had I received an SMS from them.

The security on the door deserve an Oscar award. He told us that, we should ask him as he knows everything. Please give him an IPad so that he can check status of our application whilst standing on the door. Some customer care training might be good as well for him.

Staff is help full but the take time processing

The Psira office was very nice it has polite and helpful workers they are Also very efficient with assisting. I would highly recommend you go there.

They need to employ more people so that they can manage that long line on daily basis

The place is disorganised as the queues are long and there are no queue coordinators to direct people. The people are not helpful at all, the queues barely move which causes the waiting period to be long. The place is overcrowded and there is no order.
