Pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were. Chilli chicken cheese burger was great, as were the spicy chicken nuggets. Jalapeño dip was the perfect addition. They lose a star because part of the order was a coffee, and I waited 10 minutes to get this coffee. The store was not busy. The fries were very average, a bit oily and no flavour/spice. Which is odd because the nuggets were expertly fried. I would order from this branch again.

Utterly useless at times, they pay for gemerators during load shedding but still choose to close down, thier self serve kiosks dont work because of load shedding" load shedding was 4-5 am and no other yet and stull the kiosks remain off how utterly lazy and useless do you have to be to not reset

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever been to the staff doesn't know what they doing service was absolutely poor the chips cane cold they don't know what things are used to make the burgers and we found something like a nylon piece of sting in the grand chicken spicy meal really unacceptable and disappointing

I ordered for a strawberry milkshake and when my order came I took a sip only to get a off taste to it. So I called one of the workers and told her that its spoilt so she took it away and brought a new one, which tasted the same as the previous one. I wasn't going to go back and forth so I instead opted for another beverage that doesn't contain dairy. Management needs to make sure that what they are serving is not expired or spoilt as this can cause food poisoning.
