CTM George

I will not recommend this tile shop. The customer service is terrible. They sold me tiles from different batches that were not the same. I appointed a service provider and left town on a trip. The tiler used what I left and the result was not satisfactory. One can blame the tiler but they should have told me the tiles were not the same size and from different batches. The worst part is that they ignore my calls saying they will call me back the manager is busy, but he never calls back.

On the 13th I walked into Ctm CAW. The one gentalman went out of his way to assist. Thank you. Returning an hour later, another sales man at ctm asked if he could help. I said yes please, i wanted a stop tap that the other sales gentleman showed me earlier, and pointed out to the gentalman that assisted us earlier. This man, so called sales guy, just left me standing. I now had to await untill the the original gentleman had finished assisting another client, to help me. Nobody, nobody else in the shop,as if this rude saleman was busy, but I had to wait, until I made scene. All i wanted was a stop tap.Too bloody lazy to assist, thats my impression, to help me. To continue on your cellphone, definitely not assisting anybody. A beautiful engagement with one saleman, another so bloody rude, which makes everything sour. Ashame on you sir. Reddish shirt, partly bold.. You know whom you were. You left a bitter taste in my mouth of CTM

CTM George has supplied me on a few projects and I was very please with the service, quality of products and the prices. I know that they are also involved in the community and many of my clients shop there, whom are all pleased and happy. Would recommend them and their employee team

Well situated, ample park I gVery friendly and useful staff.Lots of very good stock and well displayed.One big negative is the departure from the yard , one needs to do a kilometre drive and do an illegal U turn at a stop street to get back to town.
