This particular Kfc branch used to be very cleanthese days you get to this kfc its like one of the somalians fish & chips shop flys everywhere the stuff is rude .this time of the year the airconditioners dont work all of themwhen you get your food it is hot at the same youre burning toothe toilets are forever not workingthis kfc has become the worst ever i dont know if maybe the owners care for customers or to them its like we just give customers what the buy we dont care about the rest by the way these customers know nothing basically thats what i conculde with this kind of service

Poor service, people busy laughing at the back while we as customers are waiting to be served. One person even said let them wait" while she was busy at the back. There was òne cashier who was begging those at the back to come and assist people with their food"
