There is definitely a shortage of willing staff at your store. On more than one occasion I asked for help and was directed to the wrong isles and when I eventually found the right isles the product that I was looking for was out of stock.

I feel like there's always someone paying attention to see if they can help. Needed to return something but lost my slip. Was cool that it could be done without if you have a card with them. Then purchase can be traced. Very convenient for a loss kop with slips. Sucked that it was credited to my account though because it was supposed to go back into patty cash. Overall love the shop. Got all sorts.

Worst service from staff ever, spent 30min in store before someone attempted to help, only to be told that I would have to register for a new black card for me to get the item at promoted price ( Should be rated at 0 stars not even a 1)
