The worst company to deal with, they have charged me for repairs that they were meant to do 3 months after moving in. The manager by the name of Pieter was not interest in contacting his fellow staff members that the matter was reported too and insisted that they will not refund me for the repairs. Eventually his staff member (after about 4 days replied) and advised Pieter it was reported , he then went quite and stopped replying to my mails.

Do not think about staying with Afhco. They will charge you R500 for screwing in a light bulb they were supposed to take care of. You will go for DAYS without electricity, and all they'll communicate is we understand your frustration

They have absolutely no care for customers, the agents are rude. I am still an angry customer who is now considering cancelling her lease agreement

It's the worst place to stay... Afhco is terrible. They don't take care of their tenants. They charge you for them maintaining their own building. The building is not cleaned. Building managers are clueless and the call center is same vibes. Clueless..... One would think we stay for free... Don't even think about moving in, especially in Golf Park.. Ke masepa. We stay 3 days without electricity and no communication nje.

I get charged more than double the amount I'm supposed to pay for water which most of that amount is suppossedly from hot water but the water is always cold, why don't you just cut off the hot water since you are failing so dissimally to provide it?

Nonsense service. Didn’t clean my apartment before I moved in and didn’t do any repairs or maintenance, no proper inspection by the agent and I found chairs and things that belonged to the previous tenant and after moving out they want to charge me for repairs and maintenance of things they clearly couldn’t repairs and maintain before I moved in. Bad service, dirty environment, liars, scammers
