Worst service I've experienced in my life!! There is only one employee with earnings on her face,,,, helping clients from payments and on the floor. The rest of the employees stand there and look pretty THATS ALL

I got the worst experience from Johalize Malan the till operater, she don't greet, smile nothing, she saw i was first in line but she asks the guys behind me if they were first, I told her i was there before them she didn't even respond that i was speaking to her, she was just looking away and ignored me. Won't go there again. Bad customer service

Customer service wasn't great but it wasn't horrible either...I bought a mic and 2 days later it broke so I went to return it only to hear they can only return it when the manager is there and no surprise the manager wasn't there...it was fine i am very patient so I waited till the manager arrived...then they tested the mic to no surprise it didn't work...and here is the funny part now I have to wait 20 to 40 days to confirm" its broken...so I cant stream or do anything so they are currently putting me out a job...go somewhere else not here"

Very bad experience worst manager ever doesn't have people skills and on top of it they let you buy broken goods and when you want to return it you have to wait 21 days for them to decide if they can fix it if not you get your money back after 21 days wow but they didn't wait 21 days for their money I bought a item of almost R2000!! Won't ever buy something at them again it's not the first item I bought that was broken from the start!!!!! I feel like I've been scammed

I had the most Horrible experience at cash crusaders hermanus i bought a broken product at them for R1400 when i took it back to the shop the manager told me that i must wait 20+days for them to repair it,so what actually means is that you must buy broken stuff from them and still wait a few weeks for them to repair their own nonsense! What a waste of money and time

I was extremely disappointed in the service from this store. I had a whole lot of second hand furniture to sell and got such poor service, shocking communication, multitude of excuses and eventually no response. I will never try to use you again and will never recommend that anyone else use Cash Crusaders Hermanus. No way to run a business!

Horrible I lay bye a desk they sold it it was on sale for R400 from R900 and sold it I was waiting for 1 and a half months we went to go get it today and they got the wrong desk.
