As my mom was an artist she had a whole house full of paintings. When she passed, we moved all her belongings to Pta. Some of her paintings’ frames came apart in the corners and some glass cracked on the trip. We took it to Francois Framing to be repaired a few months later, only to get a call the following day with the message that I have to come get the paintings since they don’t do repairs.. first time in my life I’ve come across a framing place with this attitude. Sorry to say I was very disappointed. The next place I tried didn’t have a problem assisting us.

This is a very professional workshop and quality of the framing is 2nd to none.I would highly recommend them but due to circumstances the lead time for completion is very long.

This framing shop definitely has a high standard of workmanship and has an extensive collection of quality framing available. Unfortunately they are rather a bit too expensive and they have a way too long turnaround time for my liking.

Excellent first experience with them. Beautifully framed a print I had and at quite the affordable price. They were also very friendly and helpful with any queries I had. Would happily recommend them and will certainly make use of them again in future.
