McCoy's Glass

Very rude staff. Asked for 6mm offcut piece roughly 60cm x 10cm.The lady told me I have to get authorization from my firms manager... who, by the way, is my uncle.. then she went on to tell me that I have to get authorization from a guy that does not even work at our firm... Luckily I knew the guy. So I called the guy and he organized the piece for me.All this was arranged about 9am the morning. At 15h00 I sent my driver to pick the piece up... Only to my disappointment they told my driver that its not ready and they will cut it tomorrow when they get time.I called BP glass just down the road from them... they gave me the piece for free. Thank you BP Glass! Even if I did not get it for free I would still buy it from BP Glass because they have the right attitude for customer service.Just avoid McCoy's if you can.
