Very good service and friendly staff ,and good prices

Very unprofessional and unfriendly service. You are greeted" with staff sitting around on their phones and when asking a question you get passed along to the next person sitting right next to them. I won't bother to come here again."

Service delivery is nonexistent.They get the order wrong all the time. When you go there to have the problem resolved, you get passed along from one window to the next and they still get it wrong. They don't know their own products and need to ask for the manager to get joy.They really need to learn from City Boards Mitchell’s Plain, who are 10x more busy, with better service delivery and very competent.

Worst experience ever as a customer. They lie too much about what they can deliver. Took them more than a week to deliver my materials and still they havent delivered. Wonder if they really care that they are causing a lot of inconveniences to the people that are supporting their business or they are ok with just collecting money from people

The customer service in this place is really bad. They first made a mess on my edging. Once they corrected it, they sent a driver who doesn’t have any kind of GPS to get to my place. When I gave directions to the driver before he left for my delivery, he told me that he doesn’t have a pen to write down directions and he doesn’t have GPS. He ended up not delivering my stuff because he sent me a “please call me” and I didn’t respond . He apparently didn’t have airtime to contact me . So No airtime to call, no pen to write down directions, no GPS and that’s a Delivery driver.This is definitely a no go place for me. I’d rather pay a slightly higher price somewhere else than dealing with such a disorganised and unprofessional place like this.I guess they have their own target market that can handle poor service. I don’t fit into that category. Never again!!And their owner never responds to any reviews so he /she must be fine to give such a horrible service.

I placed an order for some wood to be cut and when i checked the wood after collecting everything is off by between 2 - 6mm, one board was left way too big and another piece was not with the order at all. Mistakes do happen unfortunately due to human error, but I expect better accuracy when the cutting list provided was very specific.

Great quick service and value for money. Just make sure you get your telephone conversations very well understood. I was quoted wrong for a cutting quote, despite repeating the requirements.

Horrible customer service. They cut my cupboard doors wrong and persisted to tell me I made a mistake. I had to take the correctly cut doors that were the same size and were already installed off my kitchen, back to the store to show then the difference is size. Total waste off time and numerous trip to the store as they don't return customer calls. Took weeks to resolve.

Terrible service. Customer service non-existent. Zero response to any of our emails. We had to remind and subsequently go into the store for a quote. Loadshedding is their excuse for unprofessional conduct and incompetence.

Perhaps the worst supplier of any building material I have ever experienced. As a contractor I age twice as fast because of establishments like this. Incompetent front staff and, worse still, apathetic management. In the end I could not believe that I was the one that paid them and not the other way around.
