The Crazy Store Musgrave

Tried to return or exchange one of the products I bought. Even though the store has certain policies about returning which I completely understand, the two ladies who work here were absolutely rude and disgusting. To speak to someone and belittle a customer in public is not the way to go. If this is the kind of staff crazy store employs then I truly would never want to visit them again

The staff, especially the manager, were extremely rude when I went with my sister to return a power bank within the the 30 day warranty and was told that the only reason why we would return the product is because we're black and we needed the money for irrelevant things because we probably made ourselves broke. Power bank was R70, I fail to see how R70 results in riches

Abrupt lady answered the phone. Didn't seem to understand English very well, couldn't help with my query and hung up on me while I was still asking questions

Most crazy stores are crowded, but this one was blocked in all isles so I could not enter the store without moving things out the way. Before proceeding with a pram. Then when I wanted leave they had the same stuff in the way again and a delivery trolley in the way. There was a staff member just watching me struggle trying to move things out the way. She didn't even help me. So rude!

Sells A Variaty Of Toys And Small Consumer Items And Even Rubber Snakes Etc

Bought and filled a helium balloon yesterday (Friday) for my son's birthday today (Saturday). Started looking deflated by last night. This hasn't happened, so soon, before. Extremely disappointed.

Helpful staff

Today my partner and myself went in to purchase a helium balloon. We had trouble deciding is the one we would like so we put through an order on the system and later changed our mind. The sales lady (Middle aged) failed to communicate with us successfully was extremely rude and dismissive. At one point switched into Zulu and referred to our questions as stories" to her co worker. The sales lady further told my partner how she doesn't listen which was beyond unprofessional and just plain rude as my partner was communicating perfectly with her and was rewarded with belittling smile and condescending tone. I will not be returning and would rather shop at other crazy stores because this was a bad encounter. (I will not name and shame as I have been in the retail industry afore and understand how a bad review may affect someone and their standing with their management.)"
