They get orders wrong. They burn pizzas. Their pizzas are cold. Worse of all, they break the Covid seals!!I will never use this Romans Pizza again!! It's a matter of safety!

Today, the 7th of January 2023, I called Romans Pizza Rietfontein at 21:40 to place an order. The lady on the line told me that she can’t take my order, and this order was from the Manager( I could hear him in the background) I tried reassuring her that I’ll be there before the store closes, I was literally driving to the store and I’m 2 minutes from the store. She called the manager to the phone and he told me that they only take orders til 21:30, Andrea the manager also told me even if I walk in I won’t be served. I didn’t know that Roman’s Pizza was a restaurant whose kitchen closes at 21:30. I thought it was my kids favorite pizza place whose doors close at 22:00.What a disappointing service.

Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience at and with Romans Rietfontein. Gave Rietfontein my last chance in giving me a quality and good service. But yet dissapointed me. Don't even know if one can call this pizza pies. Not my money's worth.

I ordered chips and Russian pizza and it was good. The pizza was nice and cheesy and it would be good to have the pizza on the menu.

I seriously considered ttrowing away the pizza and eating the box, traditional Italians all over the world will lower their heads in shame..Its simply awful.Service and adds are great however..

Last night I phoned in an order for three pizza pies, it took me nine minutes to get there and my order was ready. Needless to say I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency. Lo and behold, when I got home ( nine minutes later) the pie's were all cold. I felt a bit insulted, how stupid do they think I am. They must have Pre made them, or it was somebody's that did not collect, and they had to get rid of it.
