Their VSD's and motors are simply the best. But problem is delays on quotes and delivery. Other than that, Zest is great.

I waited for a quote. After phoning Steven twice, still nothing. I went in eventually, which I didnt want to do due to covid. After waiting and eventually getting someone's attention the tidious wait of 45mins to buy 1 item just puts the cherry on top. Please can someone do something. Its continuous bad service and I absolutely dread having to deal with you guys.

I am an electrical engineering student, and I went to Zest Weg for a site visit. I was referred to the Heidelberg branch. I learnt a lot from a gentleman called Mr Gerald who was in Mr Sandile's team. They are highly disiplined, well trained, accommodating and patient. I learnt a lot from them.

Service is bad, waited for the quotation , called several times , but still no quotation sent. And going to their branch to collect , you will wait for the longest time for help.
