Ordered food at KFC and 2 chocolate sundaes, after i paid at the self service machine, i was told there is no ice cream, later on while waiting for the food, i was told there is also no mash and gravy for the meal that was ordered. Suddenly when i turned to the cashier there were 2 chocolate sundaes by my meal box, apparently there was ice cream but it was runny, so the decision was made FOR me if i was to accept it as so or not. After we left and got into the car, my husband realized he didnt recieve his cooldrink or coleslaw that was part of his meal. Very poor communication. Im highly disappointed to whats become of KFC heiderand.

PATHETIC SERVICE. Stop helping people on foot in the DRIVE THRU! Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order because the employees were too busy helping people on foot at the windows! Stay clear, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PATHETIC excuse for fast food". Take your business elsewhere."

went into kcf today for a kfc crusher but they said their machine is broken. asked if we perhaps can get soft serve instead. Again told me their machine is broken. As I'm sitting in the car waiting for my wife kids come out with icecream cones. Not sure why we couldn't get icecream?

I ordered a coleslaw, but was not happy. The coleslaw was always a family favourate. But this coleslaw was so coarsly grated, it was not nice.
