Terrible experience with this company, I will never use them again. Very unreliable, unprofessional service, poor communication, poor diagnostics and expensive. The vehicle needed the wheel bearing to be replaced. I was charged for parts that was never ordered nor replaced. The vehicle sounded worse than when it went in. The invoice did not include the work that should have been done, the cost of the new wheel bearing and labor. Labor costs were charged for but with no work performed.
