This store has to pay some serious attention to staff training! I approached 2 staff staff members for items rhet assured me they did not stock but ended up finding it on my own. Then what seemed like the manager felt that, even though the checkout line was super long and almost weaving through the aisles, she would now question staff about late coming in front of waiting clients. And it was not subtle. She had a huge attitude. The staff behind the counters reacted with attitudes as well which seemed to be the norm.

My 16 year old went for shopping het card declined and the cashier swiped it two more times, then they swiped their mothers card and the transaction went through, afterwards we saw that my daughters account was debited. Went to the store to inquire, were told they will get back to us, been a week and we ended up going back our selves just to be told its a 'bank' problem.No communication with their loyal customers, utterly sad.
