Took my car for a quote, very unfriendly. Asked the guy about courtesy cars twice and could not give me clear answers just said We don't have". This person is the MD and has no customer service skills

Took my car there for repairs. Between Galliga and my insurance none of them could give me a clear indication of when my car would be fixed. Their landline has issues, so they need to fix their line because as a customer, it can get frustrating trying to get an update and you can’t get through. While at the panelbeaters they are quite friendly and I think because of my frustrations, they also repaired a part of my car that wasn’t initially part of the reason I took it there.So they aren’t entirely bad, just a few things they need to get right, like communicating with customer regularly and fixing their landline.

False date of delivery- poor quality checksI have been given false date of delivery. After 15 days of keeping car with them-1. After getting parts, they waited for 3-4 days without knowing that car is with them and calling me to get car to fit the parts.2. After 15 days, all was done but kept car because they were waiting for sensor, when I said I can take car without sensor. They came up with other issues which need to be fixed and still take 2-3 days.3. Again after 3 days and personally visiting the centre- they gave me date to collect and no one called me or was reachable to talk to me4. Again after 2 days on date promised to deliver the car, they found out that they have assembled the wrong part which they only came to know on the day of delivery. Which will again take more that 7 days to come and more days to assemble.I am still waiting for the car now, they are not easily reachable , I have to literally call them 5 times a days to get status. This was never expected. I am not happy and still without car.

They were so amazing, they assisted tighten my bumper. Very nice guys who advise on everything

Terrible service, car was sent there as our insurance companies, assessors recommended it. Worst decision ever. They took forever to fix the car, and since we have gotten it back, the car has been back to their workshop at least 2 times, due to bad workmanship on the actual mechanical repairs. Its just been very frustrating. The service advisors are useless, they do not communicate with the client, any progress or issues that arise. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good service friendly staff

Good price but the colour match is completely off. Not noticeable in the shade, which is why I only saw it 6 months later. Initially thought it just needed a polish but in fact the repair is lighter than the surrounding paint.Waiting to hear back from them whether they will honour their warranty and fix it, because this really is unacceptable.Update: they never got back to me. Rating downgraded.

I am so pleased with the service and result from them. Kennith assisted me and gave me a really great price, even when a competitor in the area quoted 3 times as much! Colour matched the car perfectly. Thank you guys so much!

Good customer service

Great Autobody repair workshop. Have had to repair a few cars while working for a vehicle cleaning company and never had a issue with the repairs made. Extremely well priced as well, and will take almost all insurance companies as well. Great service from the team there as well.
