Silver Spoon Function Hire
Incorrect refund deposited back into my account. All glasses were bought back and in perfect condition. Called Silverspoon to discuss the incorrect refund amount and the lady over the phone was extremely patronising and rude, kept interrupting me and then proceeded to put the phone down on my ear. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for my full refund. Would not recommend using Silverspoon.

Thank you so much for everything you did for our event in December. Everything was as we planned together, excellent communication during the process and brilliant service. Our guesses also loved the deco and sitting arrangements as it was really comfortable after dancing! I will get back to you again later this year for the next one. All the best for 2020.
