Great team - great service - great value.Called out Easy Locks for a repair and service to our electric gates. Call was answered straight away and they came around same day. Gates now working perfectly - great job!

These clowns think it's a smart idea to go around sticking their stickers on people's gate motors like they did the installation.

Great price on new gate motor and installation. Even taught me how to program remotes myself so that we wouldn't have to pay for his service for something that small in the future. We forgot to mention to him that we wanted automated closing of the gate and he came back to set it up the next day free of charge. Hopefully he can continue this good service with other clients.

Recently had trouble with gate motor battery not charging, with malfunctioning during load shedding periods. and assumed I needed a replacement battery, as the gate worked fine when the power was back on. I called this company to inspect and replace battery. On arrival, without testing the battery, the guy insisted I need a complete new motor at a cost of 7000rand. When I asked if he could at least test the battery, he said he's been in the business almost 20 years and knows what he's talking about. So I paid him his 450 calloust fee and got a second company (astron)to come ad check. They replaced the battery at a cost of 450rand and the gate works perfectly. A

Absolute worst experience with this company owner who was extremely rude when it came to payment.Called them before 4pm and said he could only come after 5, and the owner failed to mention that the callout fee is cheaper before 4pm. (If I'd known I would have asked him to come the next day) When he did come he spent 2 minutes with us but charged me R595 for those 2 minutes. Owner was inflexible regarding payment time and demands immediate payment unlike other services that give you 48 hrs or more!What a rip off for poor service. Never use this company.
