Super friendly and calming staff! In the years I have been going for regular tests, they have never shown one bit of hostility. To top it off, they are super effecient whether you are doing a medical aid submission or upfront payment.

I didn’t get the name of the nurse, however due to her friendly attitude and calming manner, I will return to this specific branch of Pathcare every time I need bloods taken. She was gentle, kind and sang while she took the bloods.I am very very impressed by her skills too. Even before she started she let me chose which arm and she stated that either arm is fine because they’re all the same.(In my other experiences with other Pathcare employees or branches they have struggled with find a vein, blown my veins and I am always left with a massive bruise the next day.)This time, at the Longbeach branch, my arm was completely fine the next day. I am very very impressed and will always go back there for her!Picture is taken 24hrs later, hardly noticeable!

Handed me over to Vericred for a supposed unpaid account. My account is paid in full and I have the bank statements to back it up, which I would if your terrible collection agency could actually email me lol. Your accounts department needs to stop using crayons to manage patients.
