One of the few places that will still sell direct for the DIYer. Have more than once had pleasant experiences with them for fixing equipment and buying system spares from them so that I can do repairs myself.

Component 4y old overheated and melted in my ceiling. Could have caused a fire. Struggled to get a reaction from Geyserwise. Not my first dissappointing experience with Geyserwise. Just after installation I had a problem with the geyser overheating beyond the setting on the display. I have now decided to remove their solar components.

One would think that a company that knows that portions of their product may be installed on the outside would manufacture a waterproof box... but, no, they do not, and they do not even have a link to a company that does.Poor service.

Took my 10 year old control unit in to be checked after getting E4 errors. Vincent replaced the corroded parts and gave the unit a thorough check while I waited - for free. Not often one sees companies stand by their products like this. Local is lekker. Absolutely fantastic service!

Awful driving by a pick up truck of theirs in Main Road Bergvliet then into Boundary Road....had to inhale their disgusting pollution spewed by the bakkie all the way. Driver was on cell phone the entire time too. Shocking. Licence plate was CF 277273. Edit: the owners say that vehicle is not theirs but I have pictures of it spewing pollution and the words on the back clearly state Geyser Wise. Is there another such company in CT with the same name? Unlikely.
