Vodacom Shop East Rand Mall
All these five stars were earned by one person, Lesego. What an absolute gem. I pray management and head office see this. He deserves recognition. He is the first Vodacom representative after many that finally had a solution for my problem, and resolved it within an hour. I've signed for another two years because of him.

Bought one of the most expensive phones, been giving me issues since day one. They sent it for repairs but still has the same problem. Not even 3 months since I've bought the phone but it is in for repairs more than I use it.Every time it goes for repairs they do a different thing to fix it (which by the way has nothing to do with the problem I'm facing) I was told I just need to keep raking a brand new phone in for repairs. Useless and pathetic service.I'm not receiving any help with this matter. I'm paying a lot for a broken cellphone that they refuse to replace!!!

Worst customer service, they are so rude to their customers. Bought one of the most expensive phones. It was a faulty unit. Instead of replacing it sent, it away, it came back dirty full of fingerprint, still faulty. Point blank refuses to exchange it and sent it back again for repairs". No one is willing to assist in taking the matter further. This is not supposed to be a burden the customer must bare. This is not how you treat customers who have been supporting you for more than 20 years!"

Such nice people.Went in to get an upgrade on a contract. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. They went out of their way to assist and make the experience as seamless as possible.We were especially impressed with Anthea and Terrence. They were professional and knowledgeable about their products and their processes. They made a normally painful undertaking quite pleasant.

So busy with their personal copying and cutting on the cameo machine for their personal phones that we were kept waiting to transfer data over to new phone. They are too focussed on their own personal things than the customers.

Bought a screen protector from this vodacom4u shop at east rand mall. Went several times back so that they must fix it, but it was unsuccessful. The screen protector keeps on lifting up at the edges. I am so unsatisfied with the product and service. They don't want to give me a refund for a faulty screen protector they tried to fix several times.

Pre Ordered the iPhone 14 Pro only for them to tell me its first come first serve. Whats the point of Pre Ordering then?Consultant Karin was very helpful and wanted to keep a phone for me. Manager Terry decided she cannot do that for me. ( not even a few hours as I can not be there when the doors open )I have 2x RED VIP Contracts with Vodacom ( upgrading alternating years )Will never use this shop for any reason every again.
