Always received great customer service/attentiveness. Purchased a pair of trail runners today but saw no one available at the shoe area to assist with the appropriate size. A worker in the area was having a personal conversation with a friend so i did not want to intrude, after waiting for +-5min I approached 3 workers huddled up in a discussion for assistance. After getting the size i needed i approached the payment section which was also not manned. Someone eventually came to assist. Really disappointing

This is one of about 5 stores in Paarl that ALWAYS has excellent service and the sales assistants are always more than happy to help. This is, for me, the most important aspect of any retail business and can make or break a relationship you could possibly have with them. You can imagine that running after stranger's requests like you owe them something isn't too fun. Yet, everyone stays in a good mood and continues being friendly, eventhough most people don't even deserve that level of respect because the sales assistants definitely don't always receive the same level of respect... This is an amazing store and would recommend it any day of the week!
