This is a awesome doctor that is always willing to go the extra mile with a patient. The priblem here is the receptionist that has absolutely no people skills and the attetude of a high-school teen girl with no respect at all She will cost this doctor the loss of patiens. She has a serious image problem and acts asif she is the doctor. Such a pity that somone like her is in that position and letting Dr Anneri Goosen down in this unpleasant manner. She is absolutely horrible and should not be allowed near people who is sick and in need of medical attention, as she will break down anyone's last little hope.
