Pick n Pay Pharmacy Steeledale
The people working in the pharmacy don't care about other people's time. When some people visit there when they don't feel well and also on their lunch break so time is very limited. Wasting over 35 minutes over simple tablets isn't on. It's not even for a prescription, or to add your details. It's for over the counter assistance. Where there's 2 people in front of you.

Not interested in helping, take their time and the lines are ridiculous. I called and said I would collect medicine 4 hours later and when I got there is hadn't been sorted out for me and I was in a rush which is why I called.

Called for hours on end and no one answers the phone number, i needed to get hold of the pharmacy. Terribly frustrating as they have my sons script for his cronic medication and I can't get it anywhere else

Knowledgable friendly staff. Seldom a long wait for assistance. Easy to find parking. Conveniently inside the pick n pay centre so you can get your shopping done in the same visit.

My dad and myself came here to buy a microwave that was on special we have been waiting for more 20 minutes and the staff isn't doing another to help us find the lady that works by the microwave section... The staffs service is very bad

Friendly staff with beautiful music on Saturdays that give a friendly atmosphere. It is very difficult to do your regular shopping there as they are moving the products all the time. They move the shop around every few months. You will also be harrased by people around every second corner that will try to sell you their credit facility. The staff at the TV department are just hanging out there and watching TV, they have no knowledge about the products and they are not very eager to help you.

PnP Steeledale have upped their game in the recent years, impressed with the upgrades. Great stores in the center too, Dischem and Clicks amongst others, so convenient.

friendly staff unfortunately service is very slow, one pharmacist working while there are lots of people waiting, manger just sits in her office wont come and help the other staff out other pharmacist counting stock also wont help out... was the last time that i will wait 30 minutes to be served and then another 10 min to get my medicine... wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all, will rather go to Dischem next time...
