Pathetic service, I was given the wrong order, plus when I went to the restroom the cleaner aggressively pushed me outside the restroom and slams the door behind me, she was very rude to me. These employees at the phoenix branch are not friendly and have no communication skills whatsoever. Will definitely not be going back there

Chicken was awesome but the rolls given were stale infact whenever I order from Barcelos they rolls are ALWAYS stale. It just falls apart when buttering.

Absolutely horrible experience . Cleanliness doesnt seem to be an important aspect of the restaurant. Was served a burger with a soggy bun . The so called spicy rice did not even have salt in it .

Man, I never expected Barcelos phnx plaza to be so bad. They standards dropped. I used to enjoy Barcelos when I was in my 20s.....Now IL never advise anybody to have Barcelos from phnx plaza..... It was bad bad bad, bland, tasteless and just hot for nothing. Well the hot was like mild.

Barcelos prepares flame grilled peri peri chicken the way it should be prepared. Good size chicken portions and the perfect amount of sauce. The veri peri is an extra hot while the supa peri is levels above. While other Portuguese flame grilled outlets are cutting corners in quality, size and sauce, I hope Barcelos never will. The only improvement could be on the chips which could do with either some seasoning or an option for saucy chips. Burgers are amazing, especially when you ask for an extra fried egg on top.

This is addressed to Barcelos Mountedgecombe. Firstly the person taking the order was not friendly at all, we placed an order the x2 burgers, x1 half chicken, 2.2lt cold drink and x2 chips. Only to find out when sitting down to have the meal that 2 quarter legs were packed, the chips was extremly salty and they did not pack the burgers but spicy rice and chicken strips.I had to speak to 2 people before getting through to the manager who then said I must bring the order in tomorrow.This is at 22h00 people are hungry and now bring the order back.Absolutely pathetic experience and this is not the first time this has happened.

Coleslaw was off, chicken had a funny taste. Lettuce on the burgers was brown almost fit for the bin and it was bitter. Garlic roll was hard.
